These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online store at www.geocachingmag.com, provided that digital content (e.g. PDF files, e-papers, downloads) is sold. A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 BGB).

The subject of the contract is the sale of digital content such as digital magazines or PDF files. No physical products are shipped.

4. conclusion of contract

The presentation of the digital products in the store constitutes a binding offer. By clicking on the order button ("Buy now"), you accept the binding offer. After the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with download link(s) or access to the digital edition in your user account.

5 Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.

Access to the digital product takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

6. delivery of digital content

Digital content is either made available to you directly after purchase (e.g. by link or email) or made accessible via your customer account. This is done No shipping on physical data carrier.

7. right of withdrawal

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. When purchasing digital content, however, this expires as soon as you have expressly agreed to the start of the execution and have taken note that your right of withdrawal expires with the start of the execution (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

8. rights of use

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital content for private use only. Passing on, publication or reproduction without our express consent is not permitted.

9 Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty rights (§§ 327 ff. BGB) apply to digital products. In the event of technical problems, please contact: info@geocachingmag.com.

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of duty, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only to the amount of the typically foreseeable damage.

10. storage of the contract text

We do not save the text of the contract. You can view the order data in your customer account after the purchase or save the confirmation e-mail.

11. dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The contract language is German. Should individual clauses be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
